KEY DATES:

Early 2008: Begin Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Studies.
Summer 2008: Environmental Document Scoping.
Spring/Summer 2009: Complete Environmental Studies (EIR/EIS).
Fall 2009: Public Response to Environmental Reports and Response by NBWRA.
May - December 2009: Prepare Final EIR/EIS.
December 2009: Certify EIR/EIS.
January 2010 to 2012: Final Design and Construction.

2004: Draft Feasibility Report established service areas and scope of program
2006: Engineering Feasibility Report established facility needs
2007: Pursued grant funding opportunities, refined program scope, and selected consultants for environmental analysis and outreach
2008: Environmental analysis. Public outreach. Pursue grant funding.
