Key Dates & Accomplishments
Since its inception more than 12 years ago, the NBWRP has made significant progress in fulfilling its vision and implementing its Program. It has completed environmental and economic feasibility studies and solicited broad stakeholder input from potential recycled water customers, and established key partnerships to secure funding. In creating a model for maximizing limited water resources, it has demonstrated how a regional water reuse program can provide a long-term sustainable supply of water and receive support from state and federal agencies.
