Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) / Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) 2011
The project has undergone preliminary design and the environmental process is nearly complete. The Final EIR/EIS for the North Bay Water Recycling Program has been reviewed and certified by all the member agencies and has completed the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review process. The program can now move forward with the Phase I local projects. Final engineering design will start shortly and construction of the first projects are expected to begin in 2011.
